The best time to visit Phuket is from the beginning of November up to the end of March. The climate is not very humid, it rains very little and you can see golden sun in the sky all the time. The sea is still and there are no monsoons.  

The low season also so called as the green and summer season in Phuket is from April to October. Monsoon winds blow from southeast and usually with rain from the beginning of May. Statistically the most rainy months are May, September and October. It is not so rainy in June, July and August and it is also a good time to visit Phuket. These months can be rainy too, but as a rule showers are short and the sun shines again. Low season has its advantages because there are not too many tourists and all the hotels, tour sellers and other traders have lowered their prices considerably. It is the best time to visit Phuket favourably and enjoy quiet atmosphere. 

From March to the beginning of May it is considered the hot season. Then as a rule the air is very dry and the temperature  is very high too. It is uncomfortable for many people. Hotels start to lower the prices as the claim lessens.
